existentialism

I need to add that I use the existential approach and stance in my psychotherapy practice and very painfully struggle with moving back to authenticity in several areas of my life, the first time I read»in the end your life will be the sum total of all the choices you have made« I just lit up internally, I never really looked at it that way, and I worried that in my life I have made choices so casully.
