Please ensure that your Computer and Modem is turned on. Do not change your TV-set with the PC.
To access the internet please click on the internetbutton, there is the word »internet« on it. The first litter »i« looks like a point and a vertical line under it.
Please ensure at beginning of the month, that you leave the money for the base fee on your account.
And please clean you nose.
Accordig to my experience on internet hotline, you cannot tell this often enough to the average internet user.
