Twilight is when magic seeps into the air. It's a time of possibilities – that point on the cusp of day and night.
Driving home in spring or fall twilight, I frequently see deer grazing in the fields. The dim light makes them bold enough to leave the shelter of the trees.
That's okay. But it's scary when they suddenly dart across the road in front of me.
The time of day to appreciate the beauty of bats in flight.....
