Usually flour in America is made from wheat.
But last week I baked bread using corn starch and potato starch instead of wheat flour.
It was a tasty and simple, gluten-free loaf.
And there's rice and almond and tapioca and bean and montina flours to try too!
Usually I am in bed at a more reasonable hour, but sometimes the fascination of the Internet keeps me going into the night.
